We offer a 14-day return policy for our products. This means you have 14 days from the receipt of your item to request a return.

Return Conditions: The item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Process: If your item qualifies for a return, contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving the product to obtain a return label/address. European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: If the item was shipped to the EU, you have the right to return it within 14 days without any reason. The item must be returned in its original condition with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 15 business days. If more time has passed, please contact us or your payment bank.
